A list of things NOT to do on this mighty fine Wednesday.  In honor of Rex Ryan's deactivating David Clowney for using Twitter to bitch about playing time.  Cheer up, Dave, now you have more time to work on those dreads.

1 - Don't throw raw meat at high school girls.

2 - Don't stand 20 feet up the baseline if you are married to Chuck Knoblauch.

3 - Don't touch me.
